The Selection Process:
The Ministry will only contact shortlisted candidates for a test/interview. It emphasizes gender equality and reserves the authority to withhold appointments or leave empty positions as advertised. Candidates who are currently employed in government positions must provide a valid NOC throughout the interview process.
Contract Basis:
Initially, appointments for these posts will be made on a contract basis for one (1) year, with the possibility of extension based on performance reviews. The Ministry’s goal is to staff these positions to help establish up the Technology Assessment Lab and strengthen technology skills in the defense sector.
